Open the downloaded .exe file and follow the on-screen instructions.
Right-click "This PC" or "My Computer" and select Properties to see if you have a 32-bit or 64-bit system.

Select your operating system on the Canon site and download the "MF Drivers" package.

If Windows 10/11 does not recognize the printer automatically, try manually adding it via Settings > Devices > Printers & Scanners > The printer that I want isn't listed , then point it to the folder where you extracted the official drivers.
Full support is generally available for Windows 7, 8, 10, and 11.
