Are you seeing a (like 1000.50), or is the launcher just stuck on a loading circle ? I’d been trying to log into GTA V
: Right-click your Rockstar Games Launcher icon, go to Properties > Compatibility , and check the box for "Run this program as an administrator." Do the same for the game’s .exe file. Chapter 4: The Time Traveler’s Glitch
After clearing the cache, syncing my clock, and giving the launcher admin rights, the grey box finally vanished. The Rockstar logo pulsed, the loading siren wailed, and I was back on the streets.
Software can be stubborn. If the Rockstar Games Launcher doesn't have the "permission" to talk to your hard drive, it simply gives up.
