If using a custom boot file from testedfirmwares.com , click on the tab. Load the boot configuration or PAC file into the tool. Execute Reset : Go to the Service tab. Select [Reset FRP] from the operation list. Click the Reset FRP button. Connect Device : Power off the phone completely. Press and hold Volume Down (or both Volume buttons). Plug in the USB cable . The tool should detect the device and start the process. Load the boot configuration or PAC file into the tool
